In the Interest of A.B.

Filed: December 8, 1993, Tarrant County.

Nature of Case: As the result of an anonymous tip, the B family was investigated by social services. The tip alleged physical and emotional abuse. HSLDA refused to allow CPS to interview the children, instead submitting an examination report from the children's doctor and providing a professional character reference. The case was dismissed on March 1, 1994.
