>> To find an answer to a membership question: Call and ask to speak to your state’s membership coordinator, or email us through www.hslda.org/contactstaff.

>> To read the latest homeschooling news and legislative alerts: Subscribe to the HSLDA E-lert Service. You can select the e-lerts you wish to receive.

>> To save money: Check out our exclusive member PerX, offering discounts with 52 providers of curriculum resources, computer software, travel services, and more. You may also want to visit our Curriculum Market, which auctions new and used curriculum.

>> To receive member discounts at the HSLDA Bookstore: View our available products, enter your membership account number, and place your online order.

>> To be encouraged and seek advice for your homeschooling: Take advantage of the resources provided by our early years, high school, and struggling learner coordinators. Check out our program websites for helpful online resources. Or, call and talk to our coordinators—they’re happy to provide advice for your specific situation!

  • The Early Years helps parents of preschool, elementary, and middle school children begin homeschooling and find resources to continue.
  • Homeschooling Thru High School helps you plan for your child’s high school years, deals with details such as testing and recordkeeping, and prepares your teen for the post-graduation years.
  • Homeschooling Your Struggling Learner is full of helpful resources for parents whose children have a learning glitch or special needs.

>> To find a support group in your state: Go to www.youcanhomeschool.org, click on Support Groups, and select your state for a list of homeschool organizations.

>> To join our affiliate program: Sign up online, and your organization will earn $20 for every member who joins HSLDA using your code.

>> To share your family’s story of how HSLDA has helped you: Email your story of 150 words or less to memberstories@hslda.org. Selected stories will be published in the Court Report.

>> To hear inspiring stories and practical suggestions for homeschooling: Tune in to our radio program, Home School Heartbeat. You can find a station in your area or sign up for daily email transcripts.

>> To participate in live homeschooling seminars and workshops online: Visit and Sign up for HSLDA’s new @home-events. These exciting webinars are designed to equip and encourage you in the comfort of your own home. Watch the next Court Report for more details!
