House Bill 247: Registered Sex Offender
Representative Thomas Kerr
This bill would require the administrator of each public and private school, including homeschools, to obtain and distribute, at the start of school each year, information regarding each registered sexual offender residing within the service area of the school. This information would have to be published quarterly.
