House Bill 2126: An Act Concerning the Confidentiality of Children in Need of Care Proceedings

Representatives F. Miller, Brunk, Burroughs, Dahl, Faber, Goico, Grant, Huy, and Jack.

Summary:
This bill allows members of the House of Representatives, Senate and clergy to be present as observers during Children In Need of Care (CINC) hearings, if requested by the parents or guardians.
