Senate Bill 246: Parental ID Mandated

Sponsor:
Senator Anthony Hill, Sr. (District 1-D)

Summary:
This bill will require parents to show a picture ID before they can retrieve their child from school. The bill includes private schools in this requirement, thus adding unnecessary regulation for private schools that act as umbrella programs for homeschool families.
