House Bill 1085: College Tax Credit for Homeschool Graduates

Summary:
This bill establishes a tax credit for tuition paid to a Colorado college or university by a public or homeschool graduate. The student may claim up to $1,500 in qualified tuition expenses per year.

04/07/2005This bill was postponed indefinitely and has therefore died as the legislature has closed for the year.
